National legislation


Disability rights legislation exists in a growing number of countries. Increasingly, disability legislation establishes a right of access to services for disabled people. Increasingly, leisure, entertainment, tourism and culture fall within the scope of legislation.

In this section – which is under construction; we will be presenting the implications of disability legislation for museums, libraries and archives.
